Alliance Strategy & Go To Market - accelerating growth
JGT Advisory LLC was established in 2020 to support to organizations seeking to improve the performance of their Alliance Go To Market capabilities.
Contracts are typically structured as fractional C-Suite support arrangements (6-12 months) or as shorter-term, time-based project agreements (2-3 months).
All JGT Advisory engagements begin with a series of no-cost exploratory discussions. This allows the primary players to get introduced and talk through the particular business situation and needs. The objective of this process is to rapidly assess "go/no go" by aligning on the following:
(1) business problem - understand areas of focus, questions to be addressed
(2) mutual fit - assess overall alignment, relevance of skills & experience
(3) desired results - confirm strategic objectives, key goals and/or outcomes
(4) arrangement model & cost - fractional support (retainer) or project (SoW)
Note: Mutual NDAs can be executed for early stage discussions if necessary.
